Through options in this flyout menu, you can add a new page (which is like adding a new slide) import existing assets such as media clips or an entire PowerPoint presentation, or even share your desktop. The Add to Clipboard option opens a small flyout menu, shown in Figure 5, above. In fact, this is more similar to the Slides Pane you see within PowerPoint that holds thumbnails of individual slides. ClipboardĪlthough this is known as the Clipboard, it has nothing to do with copying and pasting items via the Windows Clipboard. Interface elements are explained below, as marked in Figure 5, above. Doing so brings up this new interface that looks more like a presentation program than a video editor, as shown in Figure 5, below. To start a new demo project, you choose the Start a new Demo Project option, highlighted in green in Figure 4, above. When you launch DemoCreator 6, you see the opening splash screen, as shown in Figure 4, below. If you are familiar with PowerPoint or other presentation software, this new mode will make you feel right at home. The Demo Video mode, also known as a Demo project is new in this version of DemoCreator, and it allows you to create a video project using a presentation metaphor. Rather, we will focus on some amazing features instead. In the remaining part of this review, we will not explore the interface of the program. You can also launch DemoCreator 6 from the Start menu, or through a shortcut placed on your Desktop. Click the large Start Now button to launch DemoCreator. Soon enough, DemoCreator was installed, as can be seen in the message window shown in Figure 3, below.
